Perfect in every way we'll done Lynne, choices explained trying all beds even the space age bed 🤗 to help what you may be looking for, coffee offered information given when asked just the right amount of intuitive intervention by assistant, not overpowering at all delivery and removal discussed also cover, we didn't need to go anywhere else, everything was perfect, price choice delivery cover removal, we even bought Hyde and sleep pillows to match, because the service was fantastic, we even bought quilts and other stuff, excellent, see you in another 8 yrs 😁😉

After having an awful, humiliating experience at Beds Direct Ponthir I was very wary of walking into another bed store... what a complete difference, walking into Dreams at Cwmbran was. I was greeted by Elizabeth who was welcoming, friendly and professional, she immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable, giving me as much information as possible to enable me to choose a new bed and replacement mattress. She was extremely helpful and I thanked her for her time and patience.

We received exemplary service today from Manager Lynne. My son being Autistic needed to be helped and reassured. Lynne was so helpful and the mattress we went in for was not the one we went out with. It was much more suitable. Thanks to Lynne I have a very happy son sleeping soundly on the perfect mattress for him.

Went in to buy a pillow as I had recently purchased one for my partner and studiedly thought I didn’t need one for myself. Went in to store the following day and bought one for myself. Was seen to straight away and lady was extremely helpful and showing me where they were and finding the right one for me.

We dealt with the manager and she was fantastic, extremely helpful going through all our available options and needs, she was friendly and great with our little one

Your staff member Tracey was very knowledgeable about the products, she helped me in choosing the correct mattress, spent time not hurried in any way. Not pushy like some shops that I have been in. Would certainly come back to dreams for future purchase.
