We bought our current bed from Dreams in Cwmbran a few years ago and it was no option to go anywhere else as we were very satisfied with the service we received back then. And this time has been no different - a great all round service (thank you). We tried the sleep technology simulator for the first time and was very impressed with the results as it became obvious that we currently have the wrong mattress - too firm! Tracey was very helpful without being pushy and clearly knew her stuff. We are very satisfied we have chosen the right mattress this time. Thank you Tracey - you are a credit to Dreams.

We went into store today in Cwmbran to purchase a matress. When we entered the store with our 16 month twins we were greeted by a professional lady called Lynn James who asked if we needed help which we did. She quickly led us to the sleep station to see which matress we may need but as we did this she interacted with our twins so they felt comfortable and safe with what was happening this was amazing. Once we had completed this she showed us what she thought we might need, it came down to 2 types for us and left us time to discuss. Once the decision was made the whole process of ordering was stress free and easy. Even when asking about the insurance cover she explained it throughly and made us feel confident to purchase it. I feel the whole process was amazing it is so hard at times to go shopping with our twins and to experience this level of customer service was outstanding.

It was a trouble free experience and getting measured for the correct matress was also fun and informative
