We were assisted by Tracey who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about your products. She explained everything very clearly and showed us the beds that would be best for us. What we appreciated more than anything was that there was no pressure selling. She was confident in the products and left us alone to come to a decision. She effectively closed the sale.

While it remains to be seen whether the goods purchased will prove satisfactory as to durability, the assessment system of mattress type to customer requirements appeared accurate as it confirmed the type of mattress support I would have selected without it. (The previous mattress purchased from Dreams had performed satisfactorily in terms of general comfort and average durability, so I had no reservations about dealing with the firm a second time).

Entering the store, we were greeted by Naomi. We came in with a budget, and Naomi was very helpful in accomodating what we needed within our price range, using the test to find the perfect matteress, and her in-depth knowledge of products in the store. She was very friendly, attentive, and enjoyed her job. She took time to get to know us, and made the buying process very straight forward. Happy staff make all the difference in delivering a great shopping experience, and we would return to dreams because of this.
