We had researched in a prior visit to another store, plus online, but had a few questions & things to be clarified. Tracey approached us to offer her help & guidance, but also gave us plenty of space to think &take time to decide- even though it was close to closing time! She was very knowledgable, friendly &clarified everything to us, but was also very efficient when it came to our purchase. We were also very happy to come away with our free pillows today!

The use of technology to understand what mattress best suited mine and my partners positioning in bed was amazing. Tracey instore was amazing she greeted us as soon as we came in, very polite she made us a cuppa whilst we were laying on the bed tech as mentioned above. She didn’t pester us as we usually feel when shopping she gave us ample time to view the products, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything it was an absolute delight to be assisted by her. I will be recommending her as a go-to to all my friends and family!

Colleague Lynne L, assisted us at the Cwmbran store, we found her extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient as we were decidedly unsure of exactly what mattress would be most suitable for our needs. She talked us through a number of choices and gave us ample time to test all mattresses that we wanted to, offering both advice and detailed information to enable us to make an informed choice. Myself and my husband were very impressed with the welcome and friendly assistance we received from the moment we stepped into your store. We had never used your company before and we were made to feel comfortable and not followed around and pressured into buying. We were given time to look around and when we asked for assistants the staff were very helpful with us.

We used your mattress match machine in your Bristol store, went away and did some research on the matches we were given. We were abit dubious on wether the machine actually gave us results personalised to our needs so we went to the cwmbran store to try again on a different day as we were curious if the results were the same.. and they were! We tried each mattress in turn and decided on a flaxby. The whole process was a pleasure from start to finish.

lizzie was so lovely, gave me the space to keeping checking between 3 different mattresses (and I was taking a while), nothing was too much trouble. She explained the differences between them and was not pushy whatsoever. She is most definitely an asset to your company!
