From walking into the store until leaving after our purchase, we had exceptional service from Lynne James who assisted with everything we asked for. She was very professional in the way she conducted the sale and we were highly satisfied with the end result.

Tracey our assistant greeted us when we arrived at the store, she understood all my needs. Demonstrated the product that I bought, discussed all available options to me and ones that would suit my needs.

I was given time to browse before being approached. Staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was given refreshments. There was no pressure selling and I felt valued.

Very friendly staff show me all the different beds for my satisfaction pillows etc very friendly offered drinks as well

Offered assistance after a few minutes. Used the machine to find which mattress suited our needs. Options shown and explained. Not pushy with sales. Very pleasant assistant.

From being confused over the amount of choice the assistant was able to offer advice on our options and after a visit to the "electronic" bed we were able to narrow down our search and reach a solid decision on our purchase.
