Lynne L was very knowledgable without being pushy in her efforts to help me find the perfect bed , the store was well set out and they made me a cup of coffee and showed concern for my daughter who had recently had an operation and they were conscious of the fact that we needed to be in and out due to my daughters discomfort , lynne l was courteous and a credit to your company

She approached us and wanted to help us find the perfect mattress. We were only looking for a mattress but then ended up buying a new bed too. She was the store manager; felt at ease with her. Built up a rapport with us.

I am very satisfied with the service i was given, i did spend more than i anticipated, although the quality of the product that i have purchased seems very good. I was offered the 40 night satisfaction period, which could be useful as my husband was not with me at the time of purchase. I can compliment the attention given to me by Lizzie the assistant, and the store staff as a team. We purchased our last bed from the same store appproximately 5 years ago.I will highly recommend the attention and service to family and friends. This was made to be a very pleasurabl experience.
