Lizzie was extremely competent and professional throughout our time at your store. She was exceptionally patient at all times explaining, in detail, all aspects of the beds that we intended to purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable, answering all of our questions about both beds and their mistresses.

The lady who served us was very helpful in selecting our mattress & pillows to go with the bed we had previously chose before visiting the shop. We were offered drinks and felt very welcome.

Very pleasant assistan with good knowledge of products, and ability to present appropriate samples to try. Assistant was a good listener and had patience to explain all aspects of the products. Basically the success of this visit was all down to the assistant and we left very satisfied with her performance.

I liked the idea of the analytical bed and sleep position machine. The idea of coffee makes a friendly customer approach and helps put one at ease with making a large purchase.

Tracey was amazing, guided me through the process, set me up on the machine to check my ideal mattress type. She went away, made me coffee, came back showed me my options, which I narrowed down to two, we then tried these again, she then gave me time by myself to choose my own frame, and gave me options for the best suitability for me.

The staff were very professional and approachable without being pushy.

We were highly impressed with the sales lady Naomi. Very knowledgeable, and told us all about the mattresses we were trying out and the benefits of them. How she remembered all the spring numbers and types well was amazing! Naomi measured us on the bed machine thing. Then showed us several mattresses until we found the one we liked. The amount of facts she knew about the mattresses validated that we were buying a quality bed. I didn't feel at all rushed and Naomi even made us a cup of tea and coffee. The first quote for the bed was a bit too high, so Naomi made some changes and showed me the choices in the different bases and headboards in the classic range.
