Huw was very helpful

Huw was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses. He was extremely patient with us as we tried out the products and as we took the time to make our decision. We got to try the bed testing machine which helped us to narrow down our choices.

Huw helped open the door for myself as my grandmother was in wheelchair. also made her a cup of tea

Excellent service, great knowledge and v helpful sales assistant Lizzie. She listened to my worries and answered all of my questions. She was helpful and attentive without any kind of pressure. Really very good.

We walked into the store and we were greeted by Huw who was friendly and polite. He asked us what we we were looking for and he responded giving us various options about the product. He was very professional using the Diagnostic bed to help us but most of he all was very patient using all his customer service skills in aiding myself and my elderly mother to make a decison and purchase the right product to suit her needs. Well done Huw.

From start to finish we was looked after

I visited the store on 3 occasions, spoke to the same customer advisor (Lynne James). On the 3rd visit I took my son with me to advise on the bed I had set my heart on, and sealed the deal. Very satisfied with the timescale I was given for delivery. This will be the 3rd bed we have purchased from Dreams over the last 5 years. Dreams works everytime.
