Fantastic staff, there was always someone there to answer any queries I had. The ladies were very friendly and approachable and didnt follow us around the store as we were looking which is amazing as we didn't feel pressurised, I could take my time and look with ease but if i had a questions there was someone there to ask. The layout of the store is really good too, theres enough room to properly look at the beds. When it came to ordering the bed the lady was fantastic, it didnt take any time whatsoever. I asked if the bed was available and how long delivery would be, the lady went straight over to check for me, after finding out the bed was available and the delivery was going to be quick I went ahead with my purchase which was nice and simple. Extremely happy overall with the service received.

Good selection of beds and mattresses in store. Very knowledgeable and helpful sales assistance, seemed to genuinely want to improve customers sleep quality with the best choices, which was unexpected.
