Very polite staff

All we knew when we went into the store was that we didn't want a memory foam mattress. The lady we spoke to explained the different coloured pillow cases meant different mattress construction. We chose a boxed spring mattress and she explained what this meant and how the mattress made. When we chose our mattress we were able to agree a mutually convenient delivery slot.

Tracey was so helpful, she was funny and made conversation - tell she enjoyed she enjoyed her job and very knowledgeable

We had never visited Dreams before, saw the advert re sale prices on telly so thought we’d pay a visit. Very impressed with the body monitor machine and then checking the various mattresses suggested to see which we preferred. Assistant very knowledge about the different products.

We were greeted as soon as we stepped inside the Cwmbran store and were assisted by Lizzie who was highly professional and friendly. We were given tea and coffee and every aspect of choosing a new mattress was explained by Lizzie who clearly had an excellent understanding of the products available and encouraged us to take as long as we needed in making our choice. She is an asset to your company, and her attention to detail and friendly manner reassured us that we didn't need to look elsewhere for the right mattress for us.

from the time entering the store our impression was is very nice .we were greeted very nicely by ,your assistance .we felt just enough attenion was given .no pushy sales people. information on all our needs met with what we wanted.we were offered a drink ,the experience of buying was not to much for everything we needed.please allow your staff to on carry like this .easy and pleasant of for your customers. A big thank you to Tracey for all the help.

The store assistant recognized that we would need help as we walked through the store and came immediately. After explaining our requirements she was able to show us several options and was very knowledgeable about the products. The whole experience was very pleasant.

From the moment we entered the dreams, everything was easy going, friendly, warm premieres, lovely atmosphere, the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. Tracy gave us everything we wanted to know. Every impressed.
