Lynne L was very attentive to our requirements and took my limited mobility into account, without me feeling embarrassed. We were given time to be sure that the recommended mattress was suitable for both of us, then she showed us all the bases and headboards available to go with it.

Our assistant Lynne James was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us in choosing a new double mattress. And guided us from start to finish in choosing a suitable product from your extensive range on offer. We particularly liked the experience of using your sleep match machine which helped narrowing down the choice of mattress to suits our needs. An overall very pleasant experience , and we would recommend to anyone who is interested in purchasing beds or mattress to visit you first .Well done dreams . Thank you.

The assistant 'Lynne James', was very helpful. She tested us for the type of bed that would suit us and spent time explaining the benefits of each bed that we tried. She was very knowledgeable, patient and allowed us sufficient time to decide on the best option for us.

I only went in to have a look and wow I was impressed with the quality of the bed I was lying on and was great to have bought a lovely firm pillow that was recommended to me by one of the staff.

The sales lady (Lizzie) at the Cwmbran store was welcoming and friendly but genuine. She had the right blend of approach, to find out what we were looking for and to give him a information, but allowed us time and space to make a decision. Her knowledge was excellent and I would have no issue recommending Lizzie and the Cwmbran store to others, which we have already done. She was a real asset to your organisation,

Tracey hosted us in the shop and was very knowledgeable about the products on offer and my son was able to use the Dreams Sleepmatch system to ascertain which mattress type he would need. We were able to then match a suitable mattress with a bed of his choice. The ordering and payment was very easy and the delivery date about 10 days, which is fine. Overall, a very positive experience of Dreams and I will use them again.
