Elizabeth, cwmbran, was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

From the moment we walked into the shop we were treated like we were the most important people who had been in there all day. Tracey greeted us, made us a cup of tea and was really kind and helpful. She made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. She explained everything to us clearly.

Very efficient service will definitely visit again

Lizzie was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She allowed us to use the sleep monitor to scan exactly what we needed then suggested a mattress which was specific for this. We are very happy to have exactly what we wanted. When we returned to buy the products she offered us a tea and coffee and the whole process was relaxed. She explained to us all of the payment options and was very understanding of our needs. Thank you Lizzie.

We were highly satisfied with the Cwmbran store and staff. The store was well laid out with room to move around between displays. The member of staff at Cwmbran was very informative, and because of one question asked about bed measurements, we did not make a huge mistake as we were restricted for space. On our first visit we tried the new bed setup looking at the most suitable bed for us and both first and second visit to Dreams the member of staff let us wander and check out beds on our own. And she checked in with us from time to time for us to be able to ask questions. I really appreciate staff who are not too pushy or following us around for a sale. The member of staff let us know she was there if we had questions or needed anything which was appreciated. Unfortunately the Cwmbran store is on 2 levels with no lift and as a disabled person this is difficult to view your full range of beds. Although, we booked our new bed and we look forward to receiving our new bed shortly. Thank you.

The assistant who helped us was very friendly, explained everything in great detail and the advice given allowed us to purchase the mattress best suited to our needs.

The assistant was very helpful and informative she took time to explain everything and answered our questions no high pressure sale which was great we were left to make our own decision. We went for a mattress and decided to buy an electric bed aswell very happy
