Lynne Jones welcomed us to the store and helped us fully to understand how our suitable mattress would be calculated by the computer after us both lying on the rest bed etc. We were then shown and tried all the types of mattress thought suitable for our needs. Lynne was extremely knowledgeable regarding each type we tried and it was due to her that we believe we have chosen the most suitable, including choice of pillows, base, headboard etc.

Both Lizzie and Tracey were extremely helpful and efficient and went the extra mile in enabling us to buy 3 bedside tables for the price of two. Refreshment was kindly provided as well.

The Cwmbran store is easy to find as it is in a sizeable retail park. The lady assistant was welcoming and friendly and knew the entire range of products I was interested in (headboards for a superking bed). She showed me every single available style and colour and price, which made my choice very easy. Arranging delivery was also easy and the available dates perfect.

We were very satisfied! Staff were brilliant.

Made very welcome by Tracey, hospitality was welcomed. There was no rush and no pressure on which product we purchased. What a thought would be a tedious task was made pleasant by Tracey, we even had a giggle! Fab products and though the sleep test at the beginning was a useful extra.
