Tracey was welcoming and supporting us to choose the right bed.

The person who served us 'Tracey' was very knowledgeable, helpful, honest in opinions on the products offered. We were impressed with the computer analysis of the bed selection as never seen this before, even though we knew the type of mattress we wanted the system confirmed this. Tracey was not pushy which again we appreciated and offered us plenty of time to decide if this was the correct decision for us. Tracey offered refreshments which was a first for us in buying a bed, and showed us many beds that would suit our needs again not being pushy in getting an order. Tracey answered our questions as we fired them out without any delay which again gave us confidence we were dealing with a good customer assistant. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending both DREAMS and Tracey to give advise for purchasing a bed from, or getting just advise. We thank you sincerely.

As my husband and I arrived at the store, we were greeted by a friendly face (Tracey Smith) who listened and understood our needs in regards to buying a bed frame and new mattress. We were offered to try the Sleepmatch and once we had finished, a cup of tea and squash. Afterwards, we went around with Tracey to try numerous mattresses to suit our needs along with comfortable pillows which we later on purchased. We fell in love with one particular mattress which was unfortunately out of our price range, but Tracey didn’t make us feel pressured into purchasing that one. Instead, she sat us down and talked through various price plans and priced up different packages better suited to us. All in all, Tracey was polite, patient, friendly and warm - nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Easy transaction friendly and quick delivery

The assistant was more than helpful, Knowledgeable about the products but at the same time was not pushy and gave my husband and myself to wander around the store to make our decision.

This was more or less down to the friendliness and product knowledge of Elizabeth who served us.

Welcomed on arrival and given all the help we needed to decide which mattress would be best for both of us due to rheumatoid arthritis.
