The store supervisor who assisted us spent a lot of time so we was able to find the perfect beds and mattresses we required. We originally went in to just have a look but due to the staff helpfulness we left after spending £1900.

Very happy with the whole service received from Tracey at your Cwmbran store.

We were going to buy a bed from Bensons earlier that day but their in store customer service was awful. We therefore popped to Dreams after work. We were greeted at the door, offered help and great advice (thankfully as we’d have ended up with a rubbish mattress!) and even a nice hot cup of tea whilst we went over details. Really lovely service and an easy purchase.

the young lady ( NAOMI ) was very nice and very helpful we said what we wanted and it was no problem for her to show us

Plenty of choice. Knowledgeable staff. Discounts offered. Shop was clean and tidy. Water was offered. Shop was not overly crowded.

From being welcomed at the door by staff member, listening to what we wanted, and using computerised bed, to assess our needs, and recommend mattresses to suit. We tried a few, staff member cleaned mattress with spray, each time we tried one out. To getting an amazing bargain on an ex display mattress. Couldn't fault our experience at all. Would highly recommend Dreams, and have done so to friends and family. And mattress will be delivered within a week. Fabulous.

We were very pleased with Naomi the lady who helped us chose a new mattress. She was very pleasant and showed us numerous beds.

Couldnt fault hew the sales assistant thst we saw offered us a pillow so we could lay on the bed even offered us tea coffee or water he was so helpfull and an assett to your company i will be deffinately be recommending you to family and friends nothing was to much trouble
