We arrived 15 mins before our allocated time however one of the ladies came out asked if I was Mrs Beavan and allowed us in. Tracey was very helpful especially as I was shopping for my 91 year old mothers needs, we were impressed with the process of finding out the recommended bed she would need. Tracey really did take into consideration my elderly mothers issues and after carefully considering the options my mother was happy with the recommendations that Tracey gave her. We additionally bought her a quilt and I know I will be back again soon to buy myself a bed. Please let Tracey know she was excellent.

The online booking system was easy and efficient, the social distancing and the hygiene was amazing! Welcomed by Tracey who was very friendly and explained the social distance measures upon arrival. We were able to sanitize and were also supplied with gloves. Was introduced to the sleep machiene which is great compared to 2 years ago. There was ppe provided for the pillow and mattress. We were able to try 3 mattresses and look at bed frames, overall wonderful service.
