The assistant that helped us choose a bed was very honest in the different types of mattresses when it came to quality and cost. This made us instantly trust her opinion and closed the sale. Not only that, she explained the way we were going to be shown around the store and how she would sanitise behind us. With the sanitiser also at the front of the store, this provided comfort that not only was she very aware of the situation, Dreams clearly has been the right measure in place to protect not only their customers but staff too!! Would recommend my family and friends to deal with her should they visit Cwmbran Dreams store A+++

We had everything explained to us about ppe while trying out the mattresses, couldn't fault the cleanliness of the store social distance was all good, all our needs were meet regarding our requirements for a matress. I thought the technology used in finding us the perfect mattress was very interesting as well as accurate. We tried three mattresses & went back & forth several times before making our final decision & it was no inconvenience to Lynne L at all. In fact she encouraged us to make sure we were 100% happy before we committed.
