Tracey (the assistant manager at the Cwmbran branch) was fantastic! Highly knowledgeable about products, took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and made it generally a very easy and quick experience! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!

Outstanding customer service throughout and we have recommended family and friends to Dreams where a few family members will actually be now coming to the store to purchase a new mattress shortly too.its the best experience ever and we shall definitely be returning in the future too. This time we have purchased a double mattress for us and a single for our autistic son that's going to be arriving next Saturday.
