The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable about the products. She wasn't pushy in the slightest and wanted to find the best product for our needs. She was friendly and accessible. An asset to your company!

Staff member, Lynne James, very friendly and helpful from the outset. Offered beverage, cleaned card machine and work surface. Able to offer alternative product which met our needs. Arranged earliest delivery time and provided advice and packaging for collection of old mattresses. Very pleasant experience throughout.

Tracey was the sales advisor. She was incredibly professional but equally warm, friendly and courteous.

The staff at this store were wonderful. In particular, Tracey was extremely helpful. We expressed our preferences and without being told we were wrong in anyway, we were listened to and guided through all options. Yes, we were upsold other items, but we were happy with this and always had the choice to refuse any further items. This was executed very smoothly and highlighted the training and experience that has been gained. The cleanliness throughout and the procedures undertaken to protect us as much as possible from any Covid or other germs was exceptional. The team showed that they have a strong bond and we were able to feel at home with them all. I hope that the product, delivery service and after care, match our experience in the store in which case we will then return in this year to purchase a second bed and mattress. Visited the Cwmbran store 29/01/22, my mum was choosing a new bed for herself. We were greeted by a lovely lady named Tracey, the assistant manager. Through out our visit she was very efficient, and thoroughly explained each stage. She was very careful to sanitise any area after my mums use, even though we would be returning to the area Tracey sanitised. When placing my mums' order we were offered coffee, nothing was too much trouble for this lovely lady. At all times Tracey was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and explained all we needed to know clearly. As previously being a manager for a national store it was refreshing to meet Tracey. Tracey would be an ideal candidate for a store manager, she possesses many qualities, excellent product knowledge, a friendly and approachable attitude, very thorough and meticulous in her work. It was a pleasure to visit the store and meet this lovely lady. She really is a credit to your company and worthy of recognition for the customer service and care she provides.
