I was buying a mattress from the clearance and asked the guy can I get any last offer and the guy was so generous he said no but I can offer a free pillow and a mattress cover which I was pleased and satisfied

Customer service was impeccable. Sway, my sales assistant, was attentive and really listened to my needs. He recommended that I use the high tech machine that worked out what mattress I required. That was awesome and confirmed that I was making the right choice. All in all a really great service that will definitely make me choose Dreams again in the future.
