Most importantly was the welcoming staff. I bought a bed from the store in Beckton a year ago or a little over. I was served by the same welcoming and helpful person. He was neither pushy or overbearing in his approach. He simply listened and asked me the reason why I was changing the mattress. His approach was almost scientific. He suggested I use the scanner and this would determine what was suitable for me. After our conversation, he explained the different types of addictions I could have. He was so good ,I almost bought all, but I came with a budget ,so I could not buy them. If I had the money I would have bought 5 beds, just for good service. He was knowledgeable, approachable and friendly, a real credit to Dreams. I liked the wide variety of beds available. I hope my mattress match the great service I received...infact I think/ hope it will. Excellent service, great inter-personal skills. Alif deserves a medal as big as a frying pan. Please pass the message to him

The colleague who served me started with a test to show the kind of mattress most suited to me and took her time to take me through as many options as I showed interest in and make suggestions as well. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she explained and answered my questions with knowledge and in very professional approach. I was highly satisfied as when i walked in they offered me all the necessary things, like tissues, masks and hand sanitiser. There were a lot of staff and they were all kind and friendly. They showed us the variety of mattresses we needed and provided us the best and most affordable option. The quoting took very quick and i was applied with further cheap accessories. Well Done! I will always come to dreams, best shop ever.
