Visited Dreams to buy a mattress and divan base. The base was easy to decide upon but of course the mattress took longer. The assistant who helped me was very patient, knowledgable and attentive and clearly he wasn't there to sell me the most expensive mattress. I tried several mattresses and even tested the one I eventually purchased several times to ensure I was certain. I liked the fact that I didn't feel pressured or hurried into making a decision. Delivery time was very good and I like the 40 night sleep guarantee.

My assistant knew exactly what I wanted and let me try it out first and even gave me a quality cup of coffee while doing the transaction.

Aslam and Rebecca were brilliant. They were so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to provide support. Rebecca served us coffee and Aslam showed us around and placed our order. They were very friendly and kind.

The lady was very polite, nice and took time to advice me to make the best choice.

Aslam looked after me and recommended the best product that I should go for. He even offered me tea whilst he processed my order. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very welcome.
