The staff assistant was very knowledgeable about the product I purchase , very helpful and friendly.

Alif was very polite and did not rush us into picking a bed answered all our questions about all the beds we Looked at . As it was a hot day he made sure if we had drinks of cold water. I must say the pillows he suggested have been the best pillows I've slept on.

Most importantly was the welcoming staff. I bought a bed from the store in Beckton a year ago or a little over. I was served by the same welcoming and helpful person. He was neither pushy or overbearing in his approach. He simply listened and asked me the reason why I was changing the mattress. His approach was almost scientific. He suggested I use the scanner and this would determine what was suitable for me. After our conversation, he explained the different types of addictions I could have. He was so good ,I almost bought all, but I came with a budget ,so I could not buy them. If I had the money I would have bought 5 beds, just for good service. He was knowledgeable, approachable and friendly, a real credit to Dreams. I liked the wide variety of beds available. I hope my mattress match the great service I received...infact I think/ hope it will. Excellent service, great inter-personal skills. Alif deserves a medal as big as a frying pan. Please pass the message to him
