The person that attended to was Alif from the becton branch. He welcomed me with a smile, he is very diligent and respectful and very hospitable, he offered me water. He asked what exactly I wanted I told him mattress, he took me round various types of mattress and asked me to lie on each of the mattress so that I choose the one I would like, eventually he showed me the best that will be suitable for my need as I was unable to pick, what he recommend was what I went for and am glad I did
