I have never shopped in Dreams before but last week I went in to look out for a new bed. Sway’s welcome and patience made me returned today with my husband. He checked by Mattress firmness from the sleep machine. Explained that it was a guide and that ultimately it was how comfortable I felt on the mattress. He remained friendly and courteous at all time. He is also knowledgeable about the beds( I know because I had done a lot of research myself:)) Again this morning he was as friendly and helpful as before to the point that my husband and I decided not to bother comparing prices elsewhere. It would appear that all the staff in the store had the same manner. His colleague/Boss Agnes was also friendly and helpful and guided us with a couple of points. Their sales tactic was just right, making suggestions, giving you the pros and cons and letting you make the final decision. Nothing forced on us. The Store was clean with everyone keeping social distance, cleaning and sanitising as we went long, that we felt safe. We will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and families. In fact, we are going back for bed toppers.
