We came to “Dreams” just to look around as we are still in the moving process, but with help of Imran, we left the store with two beds, mattress and pillows, he helped us massively to find the pieces we need with his honest advice and understanding of our needs and budget. This is what we call a service, which exceeded our expectations!

Aslam was very helpful and was very patient with us as we tried lots of mattresses. He offered us tea and coffee as well being kind to my elderly mother and offering her somewhere comfortable to sit

I went in just to seek a replacement for my old mattress which I purchased back in 2011 and saw Mr Aslam. Aslam guided me and i felt very happy with his customer service and selection for my new mattress. He is very helpful and gave me a reasonable price on my new mattress. I only buy from Dreams. I was given prompt attention the moment I entered into your store, the lady Agnes gave me all available options and information up to sleeping positions. Alif in beckton store, had excellent customer service skills, we did not know you sold clearance mattress’s he managed to save us over £700 on our mattress, and he went above and beyond during our visit, we know have furniture ready for our new home, we only went in to have a look as we wasn’t sure and now our bedroom furniture has now been purchased. I would highly recommend him and the beckton store to our friends and family. Hopefully he see’s this feedback. Thank you very much Alif, this was a great smooth transaction moving house is extremely stressful and he made sure it was a smooth and stress free transaction.

Visited Dreams to buy a mattress and divan base. The base was easy to decide upon but of course the mattress took longer. The assistant who helped me was very patient, knowledgable and attentive and clearly he wasn't there to sell me the most expensive mattress. I tried several mattresses and even tested the one I eventually purchased several times to ensure I was certain. I liked the fact that I didn't feel pressured or hurried into making a decision. Delivery time was very good and I like the 40 night sleep guarantee.
