The staff who served me was nice and friendly. He even called me to let me know about a bed I had checked out a few days pervious. He offered me a drink and I was happy with his customer service on both visits to the store. The bed was also available to be delivered within a week.

The assistant that helped us, Alif was absolutely brilliant! He listened to our needs and showed us everything to best suit us. He was lovely and would definitely recommend friends and family to go to this dreams store to see and be helped by him.

Munsur (customer assistant) was very helpful and willing to assist. He displayed a very high level of customer care. He was very patient and pleasant throughout our visit. He made us feel appreciated.

We went to buy just bed but because of your sales person we bought mattresses pillows blanket and covers as well. It was very good experience and Imran was excellent with the service. I am very much pleased. Now I hope that delivery and fittings also will provide same feelings. Once again thank you so much.

Knowledge of person dealing with me

Imran was the assistant that took care of us the moment we entered, he was informative and had excellent knowledge of the products, he knew differences between each mattress and was taking into consideration our needs, what stood out for me was that he wasn’t a pushy salesmen and gave us time and even left us alone for moments so we can discuss privately. Imran is a real asset to dreams and I would highly recommend dreams just for his customer service.

I found I was given time and was shown all the items that i was looking for also felt i was made to feel nothing was too much trouble and not pressured to buy just anything .. was made to feel it was important for me to get what I was looking for ... would definitely come back to Beckon and would recommend dreams
