When me and my husband walked in we where greeted by Ali (one of the workers in dreams) he noticed that we didn’t have a face mask and he asked us whether we wanted a face mask due to the corona virus which showed us that he was following social distance rules which I was very pleased about. we said yes please as we forgot our face masks at home. Ali helped us all the way through, he helped us pick our dream bed and our dream mattress as we used the machine. He was so friendly and was constantly smiling and making sure we got our dream bed. I want to thank Ali so much as now me and my husband will no longer have back pains when sleeping. Thank you so so so much, we don’t know how else to thank you. Continue being yourself Ali, it really makes us customers happy to shop at dreams.

Aslam welcomed us at the door, he offered us to use the dreams machine to figure out the best mattress for us, he walked us through the recommended options, patiently waited while we tried them out several times, he gave us a pillow to make the experience better, he offered us a drink while we were waiting to process the order, I didn’t expect to buy the mattress on the day, but in the end was convinced that the mattress we found was the right choice
