Alif set us up on a machine that tests your body to determine what type of bed you need and what sleeper you are. After this he was extremely helpful when it was time to select the appropriate mattress. He showed us a deep understanding of the products/brands and what each of them implies. He was actually successful in showing us why some mattresses have the higher price and that its worth it. I have personally worked in the customer service environment, be it as a networking expert but I was extremely amazed by his performance.

Had friendly assistance, and he offered us a price matched alternative product as the one we wanted was on a long delivery time. But then he found a way to navigate the long delay time in the system so we got the product we originally wanted
