Dreams - Beckton

Please Thank Alif for all his support and patience. He was extremely friendly and very helpful. This was Beckton store and Alif never put the hard sale in (which I hate) he gave advice as required and allowed us time to process and consider our options. That to me is a valuable member of staff. Good job Alif and appreciate your help and support.

As soon as I entered dreams , I have received outstanding customer service from one of the workers called Adil. I was given a warm welcome. He showed an extraordinary ability to understand what type of bed I was expecting and was able to meet all my needs fully. He went well beyond of what I had originally asked, and talked to me about the specifics of mattresses, layed me on a new technology which showed mattress recommendations. Even though I wasn’t looking for a mattress at the time he still gave me the time and educated me . The new technology ‘Sleepmatch’ definitely caught my eye .This will be my next purchase ! I was even offered a free bottle of water by Adil which really was the icing ontop of the cake. I was treated with respect and was definitely cared for. It was only up to my knowledge at the end of the conversation that Adil had just started working at dreams. It just goes to show how supportive his colleagues are of him and how much of an asset Adil can be for dreams in the long run. I look forward to shopping with dreams again.
