We got an excellent service from Aslam, he did the sleep match for us followed by us testing different mattresses. He was very patient and listened to our needs. He also offered us a complimentary water and overall was a great person to do the order with. We were happy that most of our items were in stock so we could see it in store and overall happy with the experience too.

Please Thank Alif for all his support and patience. He was extremely friendly and very helpful. This was Beckton store and Alif never put the hard sale in (which I hate) he gave advice as required and allowed us time to process and consider our options. That to me is a valuable member of staff. Good job Alif and appreciate your help and support.
