I visited Dreams Beckton branch. Right when we entered the branch we were welcomed by a member of staff call (ATIF) he showed us all around. He explained everything,answered all our questions .Atif was very patient, I did not feel at any point that he is getting board of my many questions.his attitude made me wanted to buy from the store.even if we were originally coming Into the store to have a look but not necessarily buying something. I placed my order and he helped me through the delivery dates and options. I highly recommend any one to visit the store and meet this wonderful staff member and I’m sure they will have a good experience.

I had help in choosing my preferred mattress, all my queries answered and preferred date for delivery. Got a free mattress protector and free delivery included. The customer service officer helped with other queries too I.e. queries related to pillow and support/washable covers etc

Aftir, the employee serving us demonstrated exceptional customer service. Best customer service I’ve experienced yet! He catered to all our needs and beyond. Using his skill set and creditable knowledge to better guide us to the most appropriate products, while remaining in are budget. He listened and demonstrated great interactive skills. Safe to say, me and my family were very grateful for the great customer service.

Shop manager was readily available to respond to my concerns as soon as I set foot on the shop floor. Where necessary I was guided throughout. This has been the case anytime I visit this particular shop in bekton. Customer service is par excellence.
