would not consider going anywhere else to buy a bed after my experience at Dreams. The measures they had in place in the current world situation were exceptional and made me feel very safe shopping in the store. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy. Adil greeted me upon entry. He listened to my needs and identified suitable products. There was no hard sell. He even took time to make me a cup of coffee. This was my first visit to a Dreams store. i was researching online I came down to beckon just to browse and this young gentleman led me to buying the perfect bed. He then brought up this new technology to my attention ‘sleep-match’ and put me on this diagnostic machine which gave me a little massage and found mattresses to suit me, even though I wasn’t buying a mattress. This just comes to show how much they cared for my sleep. I will definitely return to by a mattress from Dreams beckton. I don’t regret spending a single penny with them. GREAT SERVICE

Ali was an excellent representative who was amazing at showing us the mattresses in store. He was very helpful in showing us the mattresses and helped us find one in the correct price point. From entering the store, he was very helpful with providing COVID secure disposable covers, and gloves, hand sanitiser for us to feel safe. We sampled quite a few mattresses and Ali gave us good, sound advice as to which mattress was appropriate. Amazing service, a great deal and he helped us also find mattress covers, pillows, pillow covers and more. Brilliant service & a very kind gentleman. An absolute asset to the company.

We were greeted by Sway on entry, he knew exactly what i was asking for which was a natural fibre bed. I was shown and tried the bed i had asked about. I was then taken to the system that measures the pressure points depending on how you sleep which is very clever. From this Sway showed me a couple of other beds that the system suggested. I found the perfect bed with a very good package, left very happy.
