I made an appointment several weeks ago as I wanted to get a new mattress. I arrived at the store and was greeted by a colleague who walked me through the social distancing in place. I outlined my needs and was taken through the sleep match process and shown suitable options.

Aslam was very friendly and kind throughout our time at Dreams, as were the rest of the staff. I can’t remember the managers name but she was very welcoming during both of my visits! Aslam really listened to us when deciding on which bed frame to buy.
