We had great assistance from staff from the moment we entered the store until the moment we left. I entered not really knowing what style I wanted and received great insight into what my options were from what I described as being important to me. I was very grateful that the staff were all very well trained and knowledgeable.

The assistant who served us named Atif was really welcoming, friendly and had very good product knowledge and was able to talk us through with every details. He was fast, reliable and was able to tell us about the difference in the products and he was able to meet our needs and expectations so this is why we enjoyed and was happy with our experience.

The staff were extremely friendly, they all wanted to help, asking me all the time if i needed help to make a decision on the product, and Agnes (the Store Manager) was 'SUPER', i only went there to buy a mattress but with her support i was able to choose a bed as well. Well done DREAMs! I love the product I bought. thank you

Aslam was very friendly and kind throughout our time at Dreams, as were the rest of the staff. I can’t remember the managers name but she was very welcoming during both of my visits! Aslam really listened to us when deciding on which bed frame to buy.
