This is the 3rd bed/mattress I have purchased from your dreams beckton branch in the last 18 months and Ali was the person who served me again. He is really patient, knows he’s stuff and the service I received from him was great so hence returned to the store again to purchase another mattress Overall very happy with all whole experience Thank you Ali for all your help and advise again

The assistant who served us named Atif was really welcoming, friendly and had very good product knowledge and was able to talk us through with every details. He was fast, reliable and was able to tell us about the difference in the products and he was able to meet our needs and expectations so this is why we enjoyed and was happy with our experience.

The staff were extremely friendly, they all wanted to help, asking me all the time if i needed help to make a decision on the product, and Agnes (the Store Manager) was 'SUPER', i only went there to buy a mattress but with her support i was able to choose a bed as well. Well done DREAMs! I love the product I bought. thank you
