Tried the sleep better mattress machine! It was great and I'm looking forward to sleeping a new comfortable mattress suited for me! Atif from the Beckton store was super helpful! I had to go back the day after I'd purchased after I realised the bed I'd purchased was too big for my room. He looked up the correct measurements and pointed out beds that would include these. He also spent over an hour with me the previous day! He was very patient and didn't pressure or advise unless I asked him a specific question as to which he answered in a professional, knowledgeable manner. He also followed covid guidelines and wiped by bank card with anti bac wipes after he'd handled it. The Beckton store was clean and tidy.

Service was polite and helpful we were given time to think about our options and not rushed information was good and device for assessing the best mattress was very useful. I will tell friends about this.

This is the 3rd bed/mattress I have purchased from your dreams beckton branch in the last 18 months and Ali was the person who served me again.
