The staff took great care of me

I rang the store beforehand to check whether the mattress we were considering was available to see in store. I spoke to Ali who answered quickly. He wasn't available when we arrived in store, but he made sure someone else could assist us asap. Great experience. Very friendly staff who were extremely knowledgeable and gave honest opinions on what was right for us. Selecting a mattress couldn't have been easier, especially when you consider that we have had a bad experience with another mattress which has actually made my back worse. We felt cared for and our needs fully taken in to account. Well done!

Sales assistance were very attentive, professional and took their time helping me make the best choice of purchase. Thouroughly asked questions to ensure purchase was suitable and met my needs
