Was apprehensive about going into dreams. I thought sales people would be pushy. But Ali was great. Guided us to the ottoman bed area asked about what we needed and then let us look around. He came over and answered my questions in regards to cleaning and maintaining the bed I wanted. The store was very clean and tidy.

I went into the store to just look but was given such good assistance from Alif that I felt confident in buying the purchases that day.

We were served by a gentleman called Aslam. We did not have much knowledge about beds or mattresses before our visit. Mr Aslam was very informative and professional and we were very satisfied with the service
