Friendly staff. Good knowledge of products. Gave us time to think and not forced product on us.

The staff helping us was very understanding of our needs of what we wanted and had given us a nice variety to look at. They explained why the mattress we had ended up choosing was good and why it matches our needs. They had a very friendly and calm personality. They had also very kindly given us water while we waited to pay for our item. They explained to us very well what to do when our mattress arrives and how to leave it out for 48 hours. They also went through the guarantee and told us that if we was not happy with the product we can exchange within 40 days as long as their are no stains. Overall our experience with dreams was a very nice one and we will be sure to come here in the future. Thank you.
