Adil was great! We went to the Beckton store. We knew what we want following a visit to the Lakeside store. So once we entered, we had screen shots on our phone of what we wanted to see. We came during our lunch break so we needed to be efficient and this is exactly what Adil was. He showed us everything efficiently but did not rush. We were able to purchase 2 bed frames and 2 mattresses. He answered all our questions and make sure we had chosen the right items before we paid.

I had an amazing experience in store at Beckton, London. Agnes was so brilliant, helpful, and patient. 10/10 for taking the time to listen and really give us the options we needed and explaining all the questions we had with answers we could understand to make a decision. This is why I came back to Dreams - the service I receive is second to none, and this is why I’ll keep coming back. I forgot about my order from several years ago but as I had a great experience and positive memories, I knew I wanted to go back to a Dreams store to talk about options for new beds for my dad and grandma. After the experience I had with Agnes at Beckton, I’m thrilled to have made the right decision to wait until lockdown was over - getting excellent customer service like this is well worth the wait. Very thoughtful about it being Ramadan and apologising for not offering us any drinks for this reason; how observant and respectful of our faith! It takes a person to talk to another person rather than a cog in a machine talking to a person - makes a huge difference. I have a very happy dad and grandma now patiently waiting for their new beds to be delivered! So thank you x

It was a great experience as they made me feel very welcome, also very safe with all the social distancing. The assistant knew exactly what I was looking for and gave good advice about the mattress I needed over what I wanted. He was very patient with me, while I was making my decisions. It was also a return visit after previously purchasing my old mattress, my child’s bed and mattress, from the same branch over the years.

The sales assistant was very helpful in finding the right mattresses and bed frames we were looking for and assisted through out in finding best deal.

Our sales advisor Atif was very knowledgeable and helpful and wasn’t your typical sales person. He also threw in a mattress cover free of charge and offered us an insurance that was very cheap and worthwhile. I was very satisfied with the service I received during my visit
