From the moment we walked in the store staff were there to assist. Very attentive and knowledgeable to our needs. From select to testing and purchase was smooth. All very quick and easy.

The assistance given to me by Agnes (store manager) was fabulous. She helped my mum to buy a bed a few months ago and was wonderful then too. Agnes is the reason why I returned to Dreams - even waiting until the store reopened after lockdown.

The store manager is super good and as a matter of fact she is the best i have ever seen, her communication, care, support and persuasion. She is so humble, milk and gentle, with that kind of manager i will recommend dream for anyone.
