From the moment we walked in the store staff were there to assist. Very attentive and knowledgeable to our needs. From select to testing and purchase was smooth. All very quick and easy.

The assistance given to me by Agnes (store manager) was fabulous. She helped my mum to buy a bed a few months ago and was wonderful then too. Agnes is the reason why I returned to Dreams - even waiting until the store reopened after lockdown.

Adil made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and was efficient in processing all the paperwork. I can’t wait to enjoy my new bed!

I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Adil (Beckton-Dreams). He was very helpful from start to end, he greeted us and offered drinks. I was very happy with the fact that he saved me a lot of time by using the mattress machine to help find the right mattress for me. Once the machine had calibrated and showed the recommendations Adil provided me with a pillow wrapped with tissue paper for hygiene purposes and showed me the range of mattresses. After trying out all the mattresses and picking the mattress that was most comfortable Adil told me that it was able for delivery the same week. Adil also explained the 40 night policy and the 8 years guarantee for £65 and I was happy to purchase the guarantee. Overall Adil had provided amazing service and I would definitely recommend shopping at Dreams.
