Dreams - Beckton

The staff were all very friendly and we served by Sway, who was able to answer all of our questions and was extremely attentive without being overbearing or pushy in any way. Despite Covid-19 restrictions our ability to view and test the products was not impacted in any way and the store guidelines were clear with safety prioritised.

Atif the customer service advisor was absolutely amazing, he greeted me upon arrival, helped me work out what I was looking for, calculated the 20% discount offer, he was helpful very polite and had a lot of patience while I chose the bed I was looking for. In the end I walked out very happy and excited about my new bed. It’s because of Atif that I’ll be returning back to Beckton dream. As a customer I felt valued and it felt really nice. The staffs were very friendly, have patient and supportive, they put me in the bed while the machine is checking the best mattress for my back pain. It was amazing, and they also offer me welcome drinks, that was very kind of them. I will recommend Dreams to my friends and family.

Extremely helpful assistant (Ali) friendly and knowledgable

Aslam was very exceptional in his customer service. It was because of him that I decided to go for the bed as I was 50/50. His experience really showed whilst he was explaining the products to me. I would just like to say Thank You Aslam for your great customer service!
