We were served by Alif in the beckton branch whi was very knowledgable and gave us great customer service. He recommended we use the sleep match machine and proceeded to give us further advice. He was not pushy like some sales rep but was genuine and very helpful. He gave us time to make our decision and was always available for questions when we needed further advice. Alif was Incredibly profession the whole time and dedicated a lot of time to us as we were very indecisive. In the end thanks to Alif, we purchased a bed and mattress which we were very happy with.

From greeting upon entering the shop, all the guidelines in place, the customer service, to ordering was just excellent. Friendly service.

My wife and I were greeted by Adil who explained the Company’s COVID precautions (friendly welcome non pressured which we like) He and Agnes were on hand offering us water We were only looking but ended up using the “sleepmotion “ bed and given pillows to try out the beds that had been chosen for us We loved one and ended up buying it Overall the staff were professional but not pressuring which is a big put off to us and very helpful in these strange times

Both members of staff were friendly, professional and very helpful with my needs. I went in to buy latex pillow and ended up buying a mattress as well. Although that was not the plan at the time but for a later date. However, I could not resist the mattress that was on offer and the quality was exceptional, so I went for it.

I went in to purchase a bed mattress and the person who greeted us was very friendly, knowledgeable. Told us about the mattress test and helped us choose the right mattress. We were not looking to buy the most expensive item in the store, but we ended up buying it because Adil the staff member was very knowledgeable and assured us it is a good fit. He is also very friendly, professional and a great sales person.

from entering the the stores we were welcomed bye your representative who help us decide which mattress would be the right one for us. He was most helpful and a very pleasant person to deal with and he understood our needs for our purchase completely.

Felt very Covid secure. I was looked after immediately by Ali who asked me to sanitise then gave me myvown pillow with paper cover to test the products. I used your bed analysis machine which was fun and narrowed my search. I chose one within 15 mins after the inferior of the matress was fully explained plus 40 day trial. His college Agnes was very helpful too and I was offered water and tea. It was a satisfying, no nonsense experience. Alo dold me my beds 6 years ago and would go back to him and the store again
