Had the intention of buying a mattress and base on the day. Dreams after seeing and trying before purchasing which is a plus for me. Customer service that’s great.

As soon as stepped in store and started looking a pleasent young man asked if he could help us and what we were looking for we explained what we wanted and price and he immediately knew what we were looking for and as it was for my husband who has a bad back, got him to lie on the mattress machine to find the correct mattress and explained everything as we went along, he offered us a drink and we ended up with a complete package which we are happy with although haven’t received the items yet , but it was a good experience and the pleasent young man was Alif From beckton branch.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! My partner and I had out Autistic daughter with us who had several meltdowns and sensory overloads in the store. Your staff were amazingly patient with us (and her) despite the need to scream, bite, cart wheel and test everything. your staff gave us refreshments whilst we waited and explained everything to us about the mattress protectors, the different styles of beds (including that clever mattress machine) and the delivery times in so much depth. Thank you to all the staff in store that day for not being impatient or judgemental towards us or our child, as shopping can be an embarrassing time for us, but your staff reassured us everything was fine and were more than patient!
