The store colleague Alif gave me super service at the shop. I spent there about 10 mins and thanks to Alif I got my choice. 5 stars for the service! He definitely know how to deal with customers and the way how to sell the product!

The assistant Agnes was extremely knowledgable and friendly and identify my needs. I would definitely revisit this branch to experience her assistance.

Excellent service from Adil and Atif. Both of these colleagues greeted me and were always at hand to assist me - they took a great deal of care of time to help me and my partner make our important purchases; they offered us drinks as part of their service too which was a nice add on. I wasn’t sure about what mattress to buy as it was my first time - Adil used sleep match to help me and my partner find the best mattress for our body and sleep types! Similarly, he took the time out to show us a variety of pillows from which we chose the soft, temperature related pillows. I must also add that given the pandemic, both Adil and Atiq adhered to social distancing guidelines by wearing a face covering and social distancing with both each other and us customers - I felt safe in store, especially as there were hand sainting stations available and tissue paper which was laid on all mattresses and pillows before use to make everything sanitary. I placed my order in store and both Adil and Atif used their expertise to find the best deal for me. Overall, I was highly impressed with their service delivery and efficiency.

The assistant whose name is Adil is really helpful. He helped me to find right products and give lots of time.

Staff member Alif was very friendly and helpful, he guided all the way through te process, including the match technology thing. Showed us a wide variety of beds, cracked some jokes, was very knowledgable about the type of beds. A+ service.

Mr Ali was extremely kind and helpful. He made sure he understood our needs, and recommended us appropriately priced items in line with our budget. He offered us tea/coffee, which was really helpful as my wife is expecting a baby. Keep up the good work.

staff, Atik at Beckto stores was so polite, spent satisfactory time explaining different options, was knowledgeable about the products, was so patient as i asked a lot of questions and he wasn't tired of my asking, had a friendly approach, even other staff who weren't serving me were friendly, store was well organised and tidy, followed all corvid guidelines from start to finish

Atif was very helpful and he went extra mile to help making us an informed choice. There was plenty of choice and I think product range was fairly extensive and prices were reasonable after taking in consideration generous discount.

The sales representative was so much encaging and clearly communicated all our queries.Friendly in nature and recommended suitable mattress for us.
