Man name Ali who work in dreams in beckton east London. He lied to us So much and he made us suffer and lose money. I will never ever ever going to purchase anything from dreams anymore and i will tell all my friend and my family not to shop from dreams anymore. Because i really feel like this man who's name is Ali he scammed me . And my wife and I had to suffer.

I ordered the madden corner sofa bed and a silent night divan ottoman base last week, spent over £900. Whilst placing the order in the Beckton Store, the system went down. I was told there and then I would have delivery for 1st June but couldn't be given confirmation as the systems were down. Ian who took my order said he would call me the next day to confirm when the systems were back up. I left it until yesterday (a week later) and called to say I still hadn't had a call back and spoke to Ian in the Beckton store, who said he would call me back to confirm delivery. Still waiting to hear back from him. Called 3 times today and was not allowed to leave a voicemail message. I then see online that the sofa bed I have ordered, that I still do not have a delivery date on, is now reduced after a week of me purchasing it. As a a repeat customer, I would like to be refunded to the sale price it is now at, and a confirmed delivery date for the inconvenience, as promised before your systems went down whilst I was in the Becton Store.

When i went in the shop staff where arguing and shouting then aslam had to tell them to be quiet. That was not very professional

I visited the Beckton dreams store and purchased a bed for which I was given free gifts (two pillows duvet and mattress cover) when I wanted to return the bed I was told I could not even though I have a 1 year manufacturers guarantee and when we asked in store if we could return the item the assistant said 'yes you know you can'. When we called to return they said it is in your terms and conditions that you cannot return the product however we were asked to sign documents we weren't even aware were terms and conditions. We only waited 24 hours and we know we have 14 days. We did exchange the bed and was told to give our free gifts back as they were part of the 'original package' if it was a kind gesture why was it part of a package? I was disgusted with the customer service and was unfortunately convinced by my sister to go there. I have spent £730 on beds I no longer want. I will go to oak furniture land, well done Dreams you have been successful in losing a customer.

I was charged £2000 for my bed and mattress before I had even checked the order the payment was taken - this included things I did not want. Then because the payment had been taken I could not receive a refund as the shop couldn't process it till the next day so I had to leave the shop having shelled out more money than I had expected. Then the next day I had to wait for a phone call from the store to arrange a refund and I had to bring up compensation. It has been over a week and I have noa received the refund into my account or the compensation you agreed which now I believe is too little. The shop assistants were terrible and were at complete fault. They were immature and unprofessional. Thankfully the store manager at your Beckton store was a lot better than her team but the matter is still not resolved and I have not even signed the order form still!!! This all took place on Aug bank holiday Monday.
