I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR DELIVERY OR MATTRESS PROTECTOR BUT WAS.

I saw a mattress in store and the colleague told me the price was 350 which was what was written on the tag too. Then he told me if I came back tomorrow I can get the same thing for 150 due to clearance. So I come the next day and he says theres no discount. So I said fine I'll pay the 350. He then proceeded to tell me its 400 because the price went up. As you can see a total and utter scam.

Mattress was due to be delivered 4th sept.received email plus text day before to confirm delivery.however on the morning received call to say out of stock and no idea when available.caused great distress as husband disabled and had arranged fir old mattress to be collected by friend .was in stock when purchased so why was this not reserved ? As been paid for .very disappointed and stressed with whole thing as i am a pensioner and as i said my husband disabled.

I didn't find any problems at all. In fact I was very please withe the service been provided by Mr Atif

I paid over 700 pounds for a mattress which I asked to pay for a next day delivery. It was explained that was not possible so I accepted the next delivery date due. Then I get an email and text stating that the item is being prepared for delivery etc. Then out of the blue I get an email stating that the mattress is out of stock and I would have to wait for over a month for it and expected delivery date is the 14th December. This is totally unacceptable I paid for the mattress on the condition that it was going to be delivered on the agreed date (even though I wasn't happy about the wait even then). The fact is you have had my money in your account for over a month I am sleeping on a mattress which is uncomfortable and now I have to wait till the 14th for expected delivery. If the sales guy would have advised me that the mattress was out of stock I would have gone elsewhere and the fact that it is out of stock is irrelevant. What is relevant is that I have to wait for over a month for delivery. It is absolutely disgusting and I am seriously thinking of going to trading standards and the press about it. My partner even considered leaving me because of the stress it has caused.
