Given a slot 8am-10am. 9:15am delivery came but driver said 1 part missing so cant assemble, customer service call around 10am. Informed me that another driver will meet up with the driver who came to my place with the parts that was missing and I team will be delivered and assembled on the day but can’t give any specific time slot. I was waiting for the whole day/evening up until 8pm but Item was not delivered or not even a call from the customer service that they can’t do the delivery. My whole day was wasted, I suffer from severe back pain, I had to clear the room in the morning for the bed to be assbled and late evening I had to arrange bedding for us to sleep, I have to take rest several times during the day because of the pain which I couldn’t do yesterday. Don’t know what kind of customer service you provide, no decency to inform... don’t even know when the item will be delivered.... no information...

Placed an order for a king bed and then realized that I forgot to add the sprung slats. I called the store the same day and spoke to the assistant who served me who advised that its been added to my order and I should pay the additional cost 5 days before delivery. I popped into the store the next day to confirm it's been done only to find out that the order wasn't amended. I was then given a number and referred to customer services to make the amend. First ever purchase from dreams and the experience wasn't that great. Shakir Ahmed

I am extremely unsatisfied with the delivery driver who delivered my mattress. He could not find my address as I live behind some gates in an alleyway, he called me to tell me he was lost, however, he was very rude in doing so. He asked me where my house was and I was trying to explain to him where to go (which was into the alleyway) he told me that his van wouldn't be able to fit in there, however, the way he was talking to me was very blunt and rude. He asked someone else for directions and instead of saying'thank you, bye', he just cut the phone off. He wasn't able to find it still so he called back and his tone of voice was more aggressive. When I told him I was at work not home, I said I'd get my brother to come out to help him and he said 'get your brother to come out now this is wasting my time, tell him to come out now otherwise I will leave'. This delivery driver was extremely unprofessional and rude and has no customer service whatsoever, I'm not sure how he even became employed. I am very annoyed and disappointed with the service

We were extensively bombarded with information about the range of technologies in the mattresses available in store but did not receive advice about how to select a mattress that was suitable for us. This was made all the more clear to us upon a visit to a John Lewis store in which the sales assistant was extremely thorough in his advice about how to test mattresses.

No one was to greet the customer When I went upstairs the colleagues were all downstairs so got no assistance in the clearance section but when I reached downstairs the colleagues then acknowledged me and did the sales chatter. There was a prize draw offered to a customer who made a purchase but I wasn't offered a prize draw thing at all by colleague Laud. But what Laud did give a discount on the sleep pillows and waived the fitting charge as I didn't want to pay the fitting charge at all as a gesture of goodwill custom. Overall he performed 5/10 as the reason being I asked him many a time what is your fastest selling item he simply refused to answer the question. Had he answered the question I would had bought that item. Also he needs training in telling the technological side of the mattress as I didn't quite understood what he was saying. Had he told me a good long lasting comfortable mattress I would had bought it if it had been more expensive.

The guy who served me did a brilliant job, this review is not about not about how he did, in fact he is probably the only reason I would recommend dreams, he knew what He was talking about and did his best to provide me with the best deals. I'm dissatisfied because the wrong cult wardrobe was delivered, furthermore the wardrobe is damaged in several places. Had the only mistake been the colour, I would have kept it. When I contacted the store about this, I could but get a delivery date to suit me, I was at your mercies even though you made the mistake, I have to miss another day of work to wait for a delivery because you could not offer a suitable time. Because the most damaged part of the wardrobe is at the top the wardrobe was almost finished before we realised the damage, so I would have to put this together again. Not happy

First they said if u buy bed & mattress together you Get free silent night bed set , mattress protucter , duvet set , delivery & assembly but when they place an order they putted the price for all of them . That's why I'm not satisfied with it . actually Silentnight bed set looks very cheapest & basic which I don't need also I saw in online if we buy bed & mattress delivery is free & other things half price . but unfortunately we didn't get any offers.

I was told I would be able to choose a delivery time - at least morning or afternoon. It turns out this was not true. Also I was told delivery would be £40. I expected this to be added to the price I paid so I could pay for everything by credit card. It turns out it wasn't and I was expected to pay by cash on delivery. I wasn't told this either. The delivery driver would only accept cash and said if I wanted to pay by card and have a receipt/invoice, then VAT would be added to the price. Well I was already told the price and wasn't told it was dependent on paying by cash. Also if VAT is due if you don't pay by cash then surely it's also due if you pay cash. Or are the delivery drivers evading tax?
