ASSISTANT FINE,PLACING ORDER NO PROBLEM,REFUND AND RESELECTION BIT DISTANCE FRIENDLINESS, FREE BEDING NOT EXPLAIN PROPERLY,RUSH TO TAKE ORDER , WITHOUT PROPER EXPLANATION, DESELECTION AND REFUND NOT INTERESTED ANY ASSISTANT. STORE TELEPHONE ALWAYS ON VOICEMAIL CANNOT REACH.

The shown prices did not include the Base, mattresses are priced separately. We were shopping with my 82 year old father who was totally confused by the difference between the price shown and the final price which then included the Base!! I feel this is sharp practice and advised my father not to buy, I was outraged that there were "hidden extra costs" The only reason we completed the order was because the salesperson wiped the cost of the Base and the bed removal cost. Had my father been shopping alone he would have paid over £200 more!! Shame on you dreams!!

the main reasen i was not totaly satisfied was because the bed we were going to buy was not availeble,. so i ended up paying more money then first intended,. but with all fairness the bed we did buy is a better one and because the bed is for my son, i can live with that,. thanks

The Store Manager didn't appear to be in control of things. Had to go b ack to the store 2 times because the parts delivered weren't complete. And when I complained he told me it because I bought clearance item

I Buy a bed flame and a clearance matrix and they not given me any discount! I went there as I received emails saying the sales on matrix they are up to 50 % off but that was not true!also last year I bought clearance matrix and they give me duvet ,expenses pillow ,bed cover protection ,this time they give me chip pillow and only matrix protection but I spend old mostly same amount last year! Last year I had problem with my matrix as come on delivery with a hole and I went Back to exchange but they didn’t they give me only £50 voucher and after few months my matrix is gone down and it’s not big like before and only now I found out a have only one years guaranteed as was clearance they told me a have 5 years ! That’s not right! I come on dreams stores because I want quality but look like it’s poor quality! Please contact me on 07791536605 for more details thank you

Went to the Beckton store and were helped by a useful employee. He was very useful at helping us find the exact bed wanted and finding out the best type of mattress suitable for me using the simulation. Showed me various mattresses to test out and was helpful in telling us all the details of the product. However, we said we would be coming back after discussing the price and whether we would purchase, came back around an hour or two later and paid for the bed and mattress and only after I paid was I told that the mattress I chose and wanted that was on clearance, was in fact sold already and I could not get it. This was a major disappointment as we had spent ages paying and choosing delivery dates etc only to be let down and found out that the mattress was sold by a different employee. This was frustrating as we had said we would be back and I feel there should be some better communication between the store workers and also on the computer system so we would not have to go through the process of paying for it only to be let down by someone taking the product just moments before we had paid, it was extremely disappointing.
