The staff wasn't helpful at all. 1st he ignored us, 2nd when I approached he did not help us. 3rd when I complained to his colleagues they said we know about it but we can't do nothing. Overall I was not satisfied about the staff Behaviour.

I was informed that my address was too far out for a delivery. IT would need to be delivered to a local depot, and that I would then need to pay a 3rd party delivery driver to collect from there and an deliver to my home address. I would also need to pay this individual to fix the bed together. They called the 3rd party person - he quote £130 for delivery and to put the bed together. I could tell by the conversation that this guy had not put together a bed like the one I was purchasing. Ottoman with hydrolics system. I asked for a bigger discount given that I was not able to benefit from the so-call 'Free delivery on all purchases over £100' - I was not given this. The bed was to be delivered by the referred 3rd party person - agreed at approx 7pm the next day. He arrived at 8.15pm, and he was alone. I had to help carry all the items in; and I also had to help him put the bed together which took us nearly 2 hours - given we both had not done this before. He still charged me £130.

It's a mess!!!! Dreams gave me a wrong Creation Credit agreement and now no ones take the responsibility of this. And Dreams failed GDPR compliance! I will go legally.

The store smelled like food, the customer service was a bit too much, didn’t get a chance to look around the store before being hassled, but he was follow making sure we can ask question when needed. The manager gave good advise as to the best type of mattress to buy and explained the difference between the options.
